Q: How old children need to be to do horseback riding?
A: Children can enjoy the horseback ride alone from 10 years and 8 years in the company of an adult.

Q: How old do you need drive the ATV?
A: From the age of 16 they can drive the ATV, if they are a minor from the age of 6 they will have to go in the company of an adult.

Q: Can I do the activity if I am pregnant ?
A: This activity is not recommended for por pregnant woman. 

Q: How long in advance should I book my experience?
R: We recommend you book your experience with at least 1 month in anticipation to your trip since we are limited to only 10 slots pers hour.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A:The experience is designed to work under any weather. You can always confirm your experience 24 hours before by going to our Facebook page, clicking on the chat or calling us to the number that appear on the page.

Q: Can I use camara video during the experience?
A: For security reasons, no camara video can be introduced at the time of performing the different activities. You are allowed to bring personal belongings to the cenote.

Q: Which are your schedules and can I arrive whenever I want?

A: The park is open from 10:00AM to 5:30PM. It is necessary to have a reservation since otherwise you would not be able to access the facilities.
